Payments are processed by Stripe. We share the information needed to create checkout sessions, manage subscriptions, process credit purchases, prevent fraud, and respond to billing support requests. Stripe may collect and process payment details, contact information, transaction data, device data, and fraud-prevention signals according to Stripe's own privacy practices.
AIMusicVideo.com does not store full credit card numbers or card security codes on our servers. We store Stripe identifiers and billing status information so your account can receive membership access, project allowances, receipts, renewals, cancellations, and billing support.
Some features may process user-provided audio, lyrics, prompts, or images through third-party AI services for transcription, image generation, video generation, or related production tasks.
Conversations you have with our in-app AI assistant, automated agents, and support chat may be logged, monitored, and reviewed — by our team, our systems, and our AI, including automated analysis — to improve and strengthen the AI, its outputs, safety, and the overall platform. We do not sell these conversations, and we do not share them with third parties for their own advertising, marketing, or resale purposes. Limited data may be processed by the AI and infrastructure providers that power these features, solely to operate and improve the service, as described in Service Providers below.
AIMusicVideo.com is part of a family of connected sites operated by Domain Magic, Inc.: Karaoke.io (karaoke and lyric-timing tools — sentence and word timing sheets, LRC, SRT, VTT, and ASS subtitle files) and sing.io (sing or hum into your mic and receive a professionally produced song). One account works across the network: when you use a secure link between these sites, your account identity (name, email, profile image) and the content you choose to transfer (songs, lyrics, timing files) are shared between them so your work follows you, and memberships purchased here unlock benefits network-wide.
We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, authentication, analytics, payment processing, AI processing, storage, abuse prevention, and customer support. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to AIMusicVideo.com and our users.
We retain account, media, billing, and usage information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your account from account settings or by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
We may retain and disclose limited records when needed to process copyright or DMCA notices, counter-notices, repeat-infringer reviews, rights disputes, abuse investigations, court orders, subpoenas, or other legal requests.
When you compile a storyboard into a finished music video, we store the completed MP4 export — and the temporary high-resolution build files used to make it — on our servers so you can download and share it. These compiled exports are kept for 30 days after the last activity on that storyboard, and are then deleted to free storage. Download your finished video if you want to keep a copy; we recommend downloading as soon as it is ready.
Your scenes are not deleted. The individual scene videos and images that make up your storyboard are retained, so your song page continues to play normally after an export expires, and nothing you generated is lost. If a compiled export has expired, you can rebuild it at any time by recompiling the storyboard from your workspace — recompiling an existing storyboard does not cost additional credits, because the scene videos have already been produced and paid for.
Videos featured or approved for our public showcase are excluded from this expiry while they remain featured. We may change the retention window with notice on this page, and we may keep copies longer where needed to comply with the law, resolve a dispute, or investigate abuse.
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, fraud prevention, billing flows, and remembering your preferences. Some of these are strictly necessary for the platform to function (for example, keeping you logged in). We may also use analytics and service-provider technologies to understand product usage and improve reliability.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site — page interactions, scrolling, and anonymized session replays — so we can fix confusing spots and improve the product.
