This Refund Policy explains how AIMusicVideo.com handles refund requests for subscriptions, credit packs, AI generations, failed jobs, duplicate charges, and billing errors.
Short version: We try to be fair. Because AI generations can trigger immediate compute, rendering, storage, and third-party processing costs, used credits and completed generations are generally non-refundable. Failed jobs, duplicate charges, account errors, and unused purchases may be eligible for review.
Email billing@aimusicvideo.com with your account email, charge date, amount, Stripe receipt or checkout ID if available, and a short description of the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of the charge.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started and membership credits, membership access, or paid features have been used. If a subscription renewed by mistake and you have not used credits or paid features after renewal, contact billing support promptly for review.
Unused credit pack purchases may be eligible for a refund review within 7 days of purchase. Once credit pack credits have been used for generation, rendering, import, export, or other paid processing, the used portion is generally non-refundable.
Completed generations, accepted outputs, final exports, and consumed credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law. AI output quality can vary, and creative dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee a refund.
If a job fails, is rejected by a provider, is not delivered, or is charged incorrectly, we may restore credits, provide replacement credits, rerun the job, or issue a refund depending on the issue.
If you believe a charge is duplicate, unauthorized, fraudulent, or made in error, contact billing support immediately. We review billing errors and may issue full or partial refunds where appropriate. For suspected card fraud, you should also contact your bank or card issuer.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe when possible. Stripe and the customer's bank or card issuer control the final delivery timing; card refunds commonly take several business days after initiation.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where local law requires a different refund, cancellation, or chargeback process, we will follow applicable legal requirements.
