AIMusicVideo.com provides tools for creating AI music videos, lyric videos, storyboard scenes, image generations, video clips, and related visual production assets from user-provided songs, prompts, lyrics, and images.
You are responsible for the content you upload, import, generate, publish, or share. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use any audio, lyrics, images, prompts, names, likenesses, or other materials submitted to the platform.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content and generated outputs, subject to rights held by third-party music services, artists, labels, performers, or model/tool providers.
An active paid membership includes the right to use outputs you generate during that membership for commercial purposes, including advertising, client work, monetized publication, and sale, subject to the rest of these Terms and to any restrictions imposed by third-party music services, rights holders, or model providers. Outputs generated on a free account or with a one-time trial pass are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial rights granted for outputs created during a paid membership continue to apply to those outputs after the membership ends; they do not extend to outputs generated before it began or on a free account.
Compiled final video exports are stored for 30 days after the last activity on the storyboard that produced them, then removed from our servers. You are responsible for downloading and keeping your own copy of any finished video you want to retain. Your scene videos and images are kept, so your song page continues to play after an export expires, and you can recompile the storyboard at any time to rebuild the export without spending additional credits. Featured or showcase-approved videos are excluded while they remain featured. See the Privacy Policy for full retention details.
AI output quality may vary. Generated visuals, lyrics timing, prompts, scene descriptions, and videos may require review, editing, or regeneration. AIMusicVideo.com does not guarantee any specific creative, commercial, ranking, or monetization result.
AI models can produce similar or overlapping outputs for different users working from similar inputs. We do not guarantee that any generated output is unique or exclusive to you.
Your interactions with our in-app AI assistant, automated agents, and support chat may be logged, monitored, and reviewed by our team and by automated systems, and used to operate, improve, train, and strengthen our AI and the overall platform. We do not sell those conversations, and we do not share them with third parties for their own advertising, marketing, or resale purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
AIMusicVideo.com is part of a family of connected sites operated by Domain Magic, Inc.: Karaoke.io (karaoke and lyric-timing tools — sentence and word timing sheets, LRC, SRT, VTT, and ASS subtitle files) and sing.io (sing or hum into your mic and receive a professionally produced song). One account works across the network: when you use a secure link between these sites, your account identity (name, email, profile image) and the content you choose to transfer (songs, lyrics, timing files) are shared between them so your work follows you, and memberships purchased here unlock benefits network-wide.
The platform may integrate with third-party services for authentication, payment processing, storage, AI transcription, image generation, video generation, and music imports. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
Content you submit for generation (audio, images, prompts, and related project data) is processed by third-party AI model providers under agreements with us. The specific models, providers, resolutions, generation speeds, and per-model credit rates we offer may change, be upgraded, or be discontinued at any time without notice as our provider relationships and the underlying technology evolve; where a model is retired we will route new generations to a comparable available model. Credit rates for each model are those displayed at the time you start a generation.
The commercial rights we grant you in Section 2 extend only as far as the licenses our model providers grant to us. We do not claim, and you should not assume, any endorsement of your outputs by any model provider.
Breaking the Acceptable Use rules above can result in content removal, loss of access to generated work, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.
Some violations end an account immediately and without refund of any unused credits or membership time. These include: generating or uploading child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of a person under 18; using the platform to “nudify” or undress an image of a real person; and generating non-consensual intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person. We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, and we preserve the associated account records when we do.
We may also suspend an account while we review a suspected violation. We aim to be fair and to consider context, but we do not require a warning before acting where the conduct above is involved.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AIMusicVideo.com. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or use the service.
If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. Purchases, memberships, and credit packs require an adult account holder.
Parents and guardians: this service generates images and video from prompts, and generated output can be unpredictable. We recommend supervising a minor’s use of the service. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete the account and its content.
Paid features, credit packs, and memberships cover creative and technical production services, including AI generation, rendering, hosting, storage, export, final assembly, and workflow tools. Prices, included credits, and material billing terms are shown before checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. AIMusicVideo.com does not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers. By purchasing a paid feature or membership, you authorize Stripe and AIMusicVideo.com to process the transaction and related billing records.
Credits are prepaid usage units for eligible Service features. They are not currency, a bank account, or a stored-value account; they have no cash value outside the Service and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where required by law. Credit costs may vary by model, duration, resolution, scenes, references, revisions, retries, and processing options. A confirmed generation or processing request may begin incurring non-recoverable provider and compute costs immediately, and the displayed credits may be deducted when processing begins.
Some membership tiers include a reduced per-second credit rate for particular generation models. Where a reduced rate applies, it covers a limited share of your included monthly credits (currently up to half of the plan's monthly allowance). Once spending on those models passes that share within a billing period, further generations using them are charged at the standard published rate for the remainder of that period, and the share resets at the start of each billing period. The limit applies to your total spending on those models across all projects, not to any single project, and credits spent on models that do not carry a reduced rate do not count toward it. No model is restricted or made unavailable by this limit, and the remaining discounted amount for the selected model is shown in the workspace before a generation is confirmed.
Published credit rates, discounted rates and shares, included allowances, and model availability may change. We may adjust or withdraw a reduced rate, or change the rate for any model, where third-party provider pricing, compute costs, or sustained usage of that model would otherwise make the rate unsustainable. Changes apply to generations confirmed after the change takes effect and do not retroactively alter credits already deducted.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. You can manage or cancel billing from your account billing controls when available, or by contacting billing@aimusicvideo.com. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but access may remain available until the end of the paid billing period.
Used credits, completed generations, delivered outputs, and processing already performed are generally non-refundable because they can trigger immediate compute, rendering, storage, and third-party provider costs. Subjective dissatisfaction or expected variation in generative-AI output does not, by itself, establish refund eligibility.
Verified failed or undelivered jobs, duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized transactions, mistaken renewals with no subsequent paid usage, and wholly unused credit-pack purchases requested promptly may be eligible for a credit restoration, rerun, partial refund, or full refund after review. Approved refunds may remove corresponding unused credits, bonuses, membership benefits, or access. See our Refund Policy for complete details. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
AIMusicVideo.com respects intellectual property rights. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed for any music, lyrics, recordings, samples, beats, images, names, likenesses, prompts, and other materials you upload, import, generate, publish, or monetize.
Music may involve separate rights in the sound recording, musical composition, lyrics, samples, performances, artwork, publicity rights, and synchronization of music with video. Using AIMusicVideo.com does not grant music licenses or clear third-party rights.
We may use automated checks, metadata review, manual review, user reports, provider signals, and DMCA notices to detect or respond to potentially infringing content. Detection is not guaranteed, and passing a scan does not mean content is legally cleared. We may remove, disable, restrict, hide, block export, block publication, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or preserve relevant records when appropriate.
If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@aimusicvideo.com with subject line "DMCA Takedown" including: (a) your contact information, (b) identification of the copyrighted work, (c) the URL or location of the allegedly infringing content, (d) a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorized, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
We will review valid notices, remove or disable infringing content where appropriate, and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Counter-notices may be submitted to the same address. Additional details are available in our Copyright / DMCA Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AIMusicVideo.com is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, generation errors, third-party services, user misuse, or content rights disputes.
